Dovetail Sustainable Jewelry is committed to providing you, our valued clients, with the best service possible. Our main goal is to satisfy you and make your buying experience as pleasant as possible. We also understand that buying an engagement ring, a pair of couple rings or any jewelry is an emotional purchase, which will have sentimental feelings attached to them for years to come. With this in mind, we have set forth the following:

Guarantee

  • All jewelry items we sell are guaranteed authentic – gold, lab-grown diamonds, and moissanites, among others.
  • All lab-grown diamonds 0.30-carat and up are graded and certified by IGI, a reputable diamond grading laboratory. 
  • All moissanites are graded by GRA – a third party grading laboratory.
  • Gold mixtures are standard 14k and 18k purities.
  • Dovetail Sustainable Jewelry items are guaranteed to be free from craftsmanship defects.
  • All jewelry items are guaranteed to have passed all series of quality control procedures.

Product Inspection

All clients will be notified prior to order shipment. Clients are encouraged to electronically inspect the item through images and videos Dovetail Sustainable Jewelry will provide.

All clients are entitled to a 14-day inspection period. Any emergence of defects – metal cracks, missing stones, loose prongs, etc. shall be covered by the limited warranty. Under these unfortunate circumstances, materials and return shipping costs shall be covered by Dovetail Sustainable Jewelry.

Beyond the 14-day inspection period, metal cracks under normal wear, missing stones, or scratches, among others, shall not be covered by the warranty.

3-month Warranty

Repairs, cleaning, and rebuffing of jewelry items are free of charge within the 3-month warranty period. Shipping costs and shipping insurances, however, shall be shouldered by the client.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free nationwide. For clients in Metro Manila, Grab Express is an alternative option. Parcels for delivery are insured by the courier. 

Delays in shipment and deliveries are beyond the control of Dovetail Sustainable Jewelry.

Refunds and Returns

While Dovetail Sustainable Jewelry guarantees that items are in their best condition prior to shipment, under unfavorable circumstances that the client wishes to return the product due to defects and faulty craftsmanship, Dovetail Minimalist Jewelry shall be accountable to repair or redo the item free of charge. Shipping fees and shipping insurances shall also be covered by Dovetail Minimalist Jewelry.

Should the client pursue to file for a refund, only 70% of the total amount shall be reimbursed.

Dovetail Sustainable Jewelry shall be notified of returns or refunds within a 48-hour period from the item delivery.
